The St James Theatre is a Council owned and operated theatre/cinema complex located in Westport. Able to seat 384 patrons, it is a well-equipped venue capable not only of its regular movie screenings Tuesday to Sunday but also able to accommodate almost all forms of live entertainment.
Previous acts have included the Royal New Zealand Ballet, live bands, stage shows, competitions and even weddings.
The St James Theatre also operates the Reefton Cinema which operates out of the 225 seat Reefton Community Centre.
